This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you visit our websites (including myrevivecapital.com and programs.myrevivecapital.com), contact us, or receive text messages from us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us on our web forms: first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, the state where the property is located, loan amount range, property use, an estimated credit score range you select, and your timeline. Selecting a credit range on our website does not pull your credit report.
- Information you give us when you apply for a loan: information needed to evaluate and process your mortgage application, provided directly to us or through our secure client portal.
- Communications: records of calls, emails and text messages with us, including your text messaging consent and opt-out status.
- Information collected automatically: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source, and it uses cookies and similar identifiers.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, bank statements or other financial documents through our public web forms.
2. How we use information

- Lenders, investors and settlement service providers (such as appraisers, title and escrow companies) as needed to evaluate or process your inquiry or loan.
- Government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
4. Text messaging (SMS) privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information-sharing categories above and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging service providers that deliver our messages.
